31st CNCP Symposium
The theme of the 2023 conference was “The CPP: The Ethical Cornerstone of Human Research.” A roundtable discussion was held on this topic, featuring an institutional sponsor, the head of the promotion unit at the Delegation for Clinical Research and Innovation (DRCI) of Toulouse University Hospital, and a representative from the industry. The constructive discussions provided valuable insight into the expectations and needs of each stakeholder in clinical research. The LICeM (Laboratory for Innovation, Communication, and Markets), in partnership with the AFJE (French Association of Corporate Lawyers), is organizing the eighth edition of the“Internet Law Update” conference.
The purpose of this annual event is to provide an overview of legislative and case law developments in the various and numerous fields of internet law. The speakers include legal experts—lawyers, in-house counsel, and academics—as well as professors of computer science and mathematics. The following topics will be addressed during the morning session:liability of technical service providers,illegal content, domain names, and the internet in relation to intellectual property law and consumer law. The afternoon roundtable will focus on data governance.
