31st CNCP symposium
The theme of the 2023 symposium was "The CPP, the ethical link in human research". A round-table discussion was held around this theme, with the participation of an institutional promoter, the head of the promotion unit of the Clinical Research and Innovation Delegation (DRCI) at Toulouse University Hospital, and a representative from the industrial world. The constructive discussions enabled us to gain a better understanding of the expectations and needs of each of the players involved in clinical research. INTERNET LAW UPDATE
Friday, March 11, 2022

The LICeM (Laboratoire Innovation Communication et Marché), in partnership with the AFJE (Association Française des Juristes d'Entreprise), is organizing the eighth edition of the " actualisation droit de l'internet" conference.
The aim of this annual event is to keep abreast of legislation and case law in the many and varied areas of Internet law. Speakers include specialist legal experts - lawyers, in-house counsel and academics - as well as computer science and mathematics professors. The morning session will focus in particular on the following issues:liability of technical service providers, criminal content, domain names, and the Internet in relation to intellectual property and consumer law. The afternoon round-table discussion will focus on data governance.
