Market Law Day 2024

Jean-Louis Respaud, Senior Lecturer in Private Law – HDR, Director of the Master 2 in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing,
with the support of EDACS
and students from the Master 2 in Consumer Affairs and Competition and Private Economic Law, "Market Law Day."

The symposium on economic sovereignty will be held in the Pedro de Luna amphitheater (2.0.01), in Building 2 of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this event is to present current developments in economic law.

The day is divided into two parts:

– Morning: presentation of current economic law issues by students from the Master's 2 programs in Consumer Affairs and Competition and Private Economic Law in Consumer Law, Competition Law, and Distribution Law.

– Afternoon: symposium on the theme of economic sovereignty, chaired by Jean-Louis Respaud, Senior Lecturer in Private Law – HDR, Director of the Master 2 in Private Economic Law
