Market Law Day 2024

Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR) and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing“Market Law Day” in collaborationwith
, with the support of EDACS
and students from the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law.

The conference, titled "Economic Sovereignty ," will be held in the Pedro de Luna Auditorium (2.0.01) in Building 2 of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this event is to provide an update on current developments in business law.

The day is divided into two parts:

– Morning: Presentation of current developments in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, focusing on consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.

– In the afternoon, a symposium on the topic of “Economic Sovereignty,” chaired by Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR) and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law
