Market Law Day 2024

Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR), Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing“Market Law Day”
in collaboration with EDACS
and students from the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer Protection and Competition and Private Economic Law.
The conference, titled “Economic Sovereignty ,” will be held in the Pedro de Luna Auditorium (2.0.01) in Building 2 of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of this event is to present the latest developments in economic law.
The day is divided into two parts:
– Morning: Presentation on current issues in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, focusing on consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.
– In the afternoon, a symposium on the topic “Economic Sovereignty,” chaired by Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR) and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law
