Market Law Day

Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR) and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing“Market Law Day”in collaboration with students from the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law.
This conference, titled “Economic Law and Inflation, ” will be held in the Jean Moulin Auditorium (007) in Building 2 of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier on Friday, June 2, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The purpose of this event is to present the latest developments in business law.
The day is divided into two parts:
– Morning: Presentation of current developments in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, focusing on consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.
– Afternoon session, chaired by Professor Edmond Barane: presentations and discussions on the topic “Economic Law and Inflation”
