Market Law Day

Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR) and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing“Market Law Day”in collaboration with students from the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law.

This conference, titled “Economic Law in the Face of Inflation,” will be held in the Jean Moulin Auditorium (007) in Building 2 of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier on Friday, June 2, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The purpose of this event is to provide an update on current developments in business law.

The day is divided into two parts:

– Morning: Presentation of current developments in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, focusing on consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.

– Afternoon session, chaired by Professor Edmond Barane: presentations and discussions on the topic “Economic Law in the Face of Inflation”
