Market Law Day 2025

, in collaboration with EDACS
and students from the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law
,“Market Law Day.”

The conference, titled “Economic Law and the Social and Solidarity Economy ,” will be held in the Jean Moulin Auditorium (2.0.07) in Building 2 of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The purpose of this event is to provide an update on current developments in business law.

The day is divided into two parts:

– Morning: Presentation of current developments in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, focusing on consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.

– In the afternoon, a lecture by Mr. Jean Gatel, former Secretary of State to the Prime Minister in charge of the social economy
