Graduation ceremony

Masters in Business Law 2020 - 2022

On Saturday October 1, 2022, Jean-Louis Respaud and Malo Depincé, directors of the Master's degree in economic law atMontpellier University 's Faculty of Law and Political Science, had the pleasure of awarding their diplomas to students in the graduating class (2020-2022). During the ceremony, students from the current class (in their second year) presented an excellent paper on the theme of inflation and market law. This theme will be worked on throughout the year, with a view to presenting a report containing all their analysis and proposals on the subject. Last year's graduating class worked on the theme of local consumption, and their report will shortly be published. On the eve of the ceremony, at the official opening of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Pauline Marques, a student in the private economic law course (for a dissertation on "consumer opinions"), and Alice Naulin, a student in the consumption and competition course (for a dissertation on competition in the wine sector), were jointly awarded the prize for best dissertation by Patrick Rubi of theÉcole Nationale de la Concurrence de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes .
