JurisDoR, legal resource center research data
Publication of the JurisDoR website, a resource center for research data law, created as part of the mission entrusted by the MESR. The site is linked to Recherche Data Gouv, which is one of the manifestations of the government's open science action plan (PNSO).

The JurisDoR website provides the public and scientific communities in higher education and research with the legal resources necessary for research data management.
The JurisDoR website is designed according to the research data lifecycle. The presentation of the data lifecycle diagram has been adapted from its official presentation. This is because certain technical operations have no legal implications. The various applicable rules and standards are presented according to the operation performed on the data. The rules and standards are presented concisely. They are accompanied by sources and references and refer to official texts. They are also accompaniedby examples from scientific research across all scientific disciplines.

The JurisDoR website is a resource center for Recherche Data Gouv. It was created as part of a project commissioned by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research to the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM) at the University of Montpellier. Agnès Robin and Laura Tomasso wrote the content for the website.

Science ouverte, innovation, données publiques (Larcier, Coll. Création, Information, Communication, Brussels, 2022) and has been leading the research program "CommonData: les données de la recherche, des communs scientifiques ?" (University of Montpellier, MSH SUD) since 2017.
