Data and participation in social sciences and humanities

The Research Data Center at the Maison des Sciences et des Humanités SUD is organizing Data-SHS Week from December 8 to 12, 2025. The event will be held at Paul-Valéry University of Montpellier, St Charles campus.

This edition offers a series of training courses, workshops, feedback sessions, and opportunities for discussion on data in the humanities and social sciences.
On the agenda:
. Thinking, advising, and equipping Open Science from Montpellier
. Data from the South
. Data as indicators of participation
. Generating interest in data and making better use of it

Agnès Robin, Senior Lecturer (University of Montpellier – LICeM) will speak during the morning session devoted to "Thinking, advising, and equipping Open Science from Montpellier," CommonData and Open Science: the JurisDoR website.
