Research

He completed his doctoral thesis in 2001 at the Faculty of Law of Montpellier, under the supervision of Professor Michel Vivant. He obtained his habilitation to supervise research in 2006, also at the Faculty of Law of Montpellier. His research focuses on the field of intellectual property. It does not focus on any one particular system of protection, but covers design law, patent law, copyright law, and trademark law. He is a member of the board of Ingenium (an association of social science teachers and researchers working in engineering schools) and a member of the association of law professors at prestigious universities.
