Research
He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2001 at the Montpellier Faculty of Law, under the supervision of Professor Michel Vivant. He obtained his habilitation to supervise research in 2006, also at the Montpellier Faculty of Law. His research focuses on the field of intellectual property. It does not focus on any single intellectual property regime but addresses design law, patent law, copyright law, and trademark law alike. Member of the board of Ingenium (an association of social science faculty members at engineering schools), Member of the Association of Law Professors at the Grandes Écoles.
