Research

He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2001 at the Montpellier School of Law, under the supervision of Professor Michel Vivant. He obtained his qualification to supervise doctoral research in 2006, also at the Montpellier School of Law. His research focuses on the field of intellectual property. It does not focus on any one specific intellectual property regime but covers design law, patent law, copyright law, and trademark law alike. He is a member of the board of Ingenium (an association of social science faculty members at engineering schools) and a member of the Association of Law Professors at the Grandes Écoles.
